As an artist & animator myself, I am very enthusiastic and eager to be involved in the creation process. I have a good communication methodology for communicating with animators and leads.

- Strong documentation skills to align with production requirements and secure the desired level of information for animation department and all involved partners in the production pipeline.
- My motivation comes from learning new techniques and keep moving out of my comfort zone. I’m able to manage small to large projects from planning, brain-storming, to execution.

- Experience working in Node-based (Animation Systems), such as Blueprints (Unreal).
- Build and develop Animation Blueprints + (Locomotion SYS) for N/PCs.
- Cinematic experience with Unreal Sequencer and implementation.
- Design and manage animation production pipeline.
- Maintain day-to-day development and progress by writing reports and playtesting everyday's production activities.
- N/PCs auto-generate Lipsync techniques and tools.
- Scripting (MEL, Python, C++, HTML).
- Real-time Cloth TD (Maya nCloth + Unreal 4/5).
- Passionate team leader with great people management skills.
- Professional experience in supervising/directing large-scale teams (200 Animators).
