    As an artist & animator myself, I am very enthusiastic and eager to be involved in the creation process. I have a good communication methodology for communicating with animators and leads.

    • Ability to manage teams, assign tasks and define production pipeline and goals.
    • Manage outsourcing communications with external partners (Direction and technical requirements for MOCAP and animation needs).
    • Strong documentation skills to align with production requirements and secure the desired level of information for animation department and all involved partners in the production pipeline.
    • My motivation comes from learning new techniques and keep moving out of my comfort zone. I’m able to manage small to large projects from planning, brain-storming, to execution.

    • Build and develop Animation Blueprints + (Locomotion SYS) for N/PCs.
    • Cinematic experience with Unreal Sequencer and implementation.
    • Design and manage animation production pipeline.
    • Maintain day-to-day development and progress by writing reports and playtesting everyday's production activities.
    • N/PCs auto-generate Lipsync techniques and tools.
    • Scripting (MEL, Python, C++, HTML).
    • Real-time Cloth TD (Maya nCloth + Unreal 4/5).
    • Passionate team leader with great people management skills.
    • Professional experience in supervising/directing large-scale teams (200 Animators).
